Posted 21/01/2010 – 13:40 in: Hardware, InternetNokia has announced a free map service for it’s handsets. It’s previous mainstream service only allowed basic information and they charged for additional features. This was one of the things that turned me away from Nokia. Google Street View UK
Posted 19/03/2009 – 20:29 in: Google, InternetSo Google have finally launched Street View in the UK. It seems they’ve tried to uphold privacy by blurring number plates and faces, although this seems to be an inexact science. I’ve checked out my street and it looks pretty good.
