Government Data Unleashed

Sir Tim Berners-Lee has unveiled the goverments latest foray into the data sharing arena. A new site has been launched that links to hundreds of different data sets covering all areas of public data. Although it seems a little limited in that it links to different datasets in a variety of formats, it is great to see this first step. There is so much information out there and by allowing “us” access to it we can produce all sorts of great apps!
